All welcome (even if you don’t have a garden). Or perhaps you have a piece of land—large or small—that you manage with wildlife enhancement in mind, come along and connect with like-minded people! It’s a great chance to share ideas, experiences, and inspiration.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the amazing human and ecological journey which has been experienced on 40+ acres of south Lizard wood pasture and heath during the 21st century.
We'll do the usual thing of a walk around the property led by Peter and Diana, followed by a light communal lunch at around 1:30pm. We aim to finish at around 2-2:30pm. There is parking available, but please do share transport where at all possible.
Please email Caroline - see link here to confirm whether or not you hope to attend; this is so that Peter and Diana will have some idea of how many people to expect.
It's a good time of year to do some seed and plant swapping, so please do bring along any surpluses you have which other people might find useful. Also, one of us has kindly offered to pass on a quantity of home-made tree guards made from chicken wire - useful for keeping out rabbits, chickens etc from your young trees and shrubs. Please let me (Caroline) know beforehand if you would like some, so that I can collect them in time for the meeting.
Please bring:
wellies (some of the land lies rather wet) and weather-appropriate clothing; we will be outside for much of the time
a mug for a cuppa, and a mug or bowl and spoon for vegetable soup
if you wish - nibbles, cake or similar to share (preferably not requiring a knife and fork to eat it)
your own lunch if you have special dietary requirements.
