Tresaddern

On a showery autumnal Sunday in early September the Any Size Landowners group met at Tresaddern for a chat and a walk around Justin and Veronique’s beautiful smallholding. The sun came out just as we began our tour of the property - flower garden ponds, vegetable patch, polytunnel and woodland.

This was our second visit, and it was interesting to see how the  various zones had changed and developed over the past 18 months.

There followed a delicious lunch and discussions on subjects including apple pressing, Asian hornets and the impact of human- and pet- borne chemicals and pharmaceuticals on our watercourses.

The next gathering will be at an orchard near Constantine on Sunday 29th October: further details will be posted on the website.
